Our Story
MesraKids Preschool formally known as Mesra Bitara Preschool was established in 1992.
Madam Khoo, the founder opened MesraKids Preschool at a neighbourhood, a few years later she relocated the school to own premises with spacious compound. She set out to create a place where children would be supported and nurtured, and encouraged to be curious.
Madam Khoo have spent the past 30 years cultivating MesraKids Preschool to provide just that environment. As the community grew and the neighbourhood evolved, so did the school, adding more classrooms, extended building to welcome more students.
Today MesraKids preschool is growing from a humble neighborhood kindergarten to 5 full fledged preschools.

MesraKids preschool is a learning environment that nurtures a child’s holistic development inspired by Reggio Emilia pedagogical approach. We believe in giving children get the chance to explore academic and non-academic subjects in an independent, self-directed fashion. We also provide our students with a fun outdoor-focused environment to enjoy life skills learning that could prepare them for life.

Multi-Sensory Playgroup
Multisensory activities is a way of teaching that engages more than one sense at a time. This approach isn’t limited to reading and listening. All toddlers in MesraKids, will take part in multi-sensory integration learning.Integrated Learning Activities

Interdisciplinary Thematic Project Learning (ITPL)
ITPL is a way of teaching where one theme is explored through different learning areas or subjects also Break into sub-topics for different age levels, so children connect ideas and skills naturally instead of learning them in isolation:

- Encourages innovative approaches to challenges, building resilience.

Holiday Program (Theme-Based Learning)
Our holiday program is designed around exciting themes that children can explore through different activities. Each theme is broken into age-appropriate sub-topics so children connect ideas naturally while having fun.

Right and Left-Brain enrichment program - Creative Thinking Simulation (CRETS)
In a child’s early years, it is vital to develop both the right and left brain for balanced growth. Right brain enrichment nurtures EQ by building communication skills, creativity, self-esteem, and an interest in exploring new skills beyond academics, such as arts and sports. Left brain enrichment, on the other hand, develops IQ by strengthening logical thinking, memory, and concentration, skills that support academic progress in language, mathematics, and science. Together, these approaches cultivate well-rounded children with creativity, confidence, and strong cognitive abilities.
Annual Concert
Gives children the opportunity to showcase their talents through music, dance and drama. It not only allows them to express their creativity but also builds self-confidence, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment, creating lasting memories for both children and parents.
Field Trip
Further enrich learning by taking children beyond the classroom to explore farms, museums, cultural sites, or nature parks. These experiences help them connect classroom knowledge with the real world, sparking curiosity and deeper understanding while fostering social skills, independence, and awareness of their environment and community.
